Features and Options
This boat was purchased new in Ohio, second owner moved it to Daytona, FL in 2000 and had both of the Crusader engines rebuilt at 1050 hours total time. In 2002 the boat moved to the Tennessee River. The third owner started in the bilge by replacing complete exhaust system, rebuilt alternators, starters, and updated to drip less packing. A new Kohler 5.0 generator, new wiring harness and new electric panel was installed along with a new water heater. All interior wood cabinetry was removed and replaced with the same high gloss wood used in todays Sea Ray yachts. New counter tops, stainless sink, refrigerator, salon carpet and hardwood floors were also replaced. The original manual head and small holding tank was replaced with a new electric head and 25 gallon holding tank. The V birth was modified to accommodate a full width custom inner spring mattress at a cost of $1,000. A new leather couch with dual recliners was purchased and custom leather cushions at the settee were made to match the couch. A new Air Conditioner with digital controls was added along with increased duct work to enhance cooling. The new bridge enclosure was added in 2008, new captains chair and cooler/ bench seat is also located on the flybridge. Two real nice features of this boat are the large cockpit and the wide walkways that allow safe and easy access to the bow, where you will find a new windlass and 1000 w search light.
This is a fun boat to drive, as you add power, the bow rises effortlessly to plane and its excellent handling qualities put a smile on your face and make it a joy to drive. Docking is easy as there is an instant and positive result without adding power when coming from neutral to reverse and sightlines to stern are excellent.
There are boats for less money . . . but then . . . they are a lot less boat. For comelete details on this boat, Contact Listing Agent Scott Daley [removed phone].
